Can I periodically receive information to my e-mail address about the latest news and offers?
Yes. Just subscribe to the Newsletter and you will receive information on the latest news and any promotions. 

Can I stop subscribing to the Newsletter?
You can decide at any time not to receive our Newsletter and to do so just unsubscribe by clicking on the button at the bottom of each Newsletter. 

How can I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, enter the Login or Register section and click on “Forgotten your password?”. You will receive an email sent to your address with a link to recover the PW and a subsequent email with the new password to use. 

How can I be sure that I have correctly made the purchase?
Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation message sent to your e-mail address. If you do not get this, please contact us via email at info@mamypoppinslab.it

Is it possible to know the status of an order?
Yes. You can check the current status of your order in real time by logging onto your account, under the voice “Order Details” 

What should I do if the item I receive is defective?
Please contact us by sending us a photo of the defective item and quoting the order number. We will examine each case on a case-by-case basis and advise you on how to proceed. 

What should I do if I get the wrong article?
If you mistakenly receive an item that you have not requested, please contact us via email at info@mamypoppinslab.it 

What to do when the goods are delivered 

It is absolutely recommended to check some things when your order is delivered: upon receipt of the products, it is advisable to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note, verify the completeness of the packaging and look for any signs of a forceful opening and any signs of abnormality with respect to the completeness of the contents. 

In case of anomalies, it is necessary to indicate the words “acceptance with reservation” to be affixed on the delivery note of the carrier whiles signing and then send an email to info@mamypoppinslab.it

Can I make a purchase without registering?
Yes, you can complete your purchase as a guest user without registering. 

Registering however, will offer you several advantages: the ability to follow the status of your order, to create your personal wish list and to be always updated on ongoing promotions. 

Also, your subsequent orders can be placed faster. You can decide at any time not to receive any further updates via newsletter or delete your profile. 

What are the waiting times? 

For the items tagged prompt delivery on the shop the times are about 2 days, thus the necessary time needed for the management of the order and its shipment. Approximately 10 days should be considered for the realization of personalised items. These times are however indicative as each article is handmade and they can vary according to different periods in a year. 

How are the products shipped? 

I only use couriers with traceable shipments, for any manual pickups you can contact me on WhatsApp or via email. 

Is it possible to make an article that is present on the site but no longer available or make changes to a product that is currently available? 

It depends on the availability of the fabrics/materials needed. Just text me on WhatsApp or send me an email in order to have information regarding the availability of a fabric or something you saw on the site or on social media and you just happened to fall in love with. The same applies to any changes or colour/texture variations. 

How can I use a discount code? 

In the first step of the shopping cart, before proceeding to the payment, you will find a special box inside which you may insert your discount code. Pay attention to the use of upper/lower case letters. If you encounter problems, contact us via email at info@mamypoppinslab.it
